If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Please provide photos of the damaged product, packaging, and tracking number when contacting customer service.

8. International Shipping (Currently Not Available)

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. We may expand to international shipping in the future. Please check back for updates.
